San Bernardino County Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster (SBCOVOAD) is a community network of independent membership organizations that serve as a lifeline to share knowledge throughout a disaster. VOAD Members work to help communities prepare, be in response, recover from, and mitigate these tough times.
